Now if you're the anal type that just wants things to be tidy then a registry cleaner may be a useful accessory but you are still going to need to do a lot of manual cleaning to be spotless. But nowadays with huge advancements in hardware even the most bloated registry is going to have negligible to no impact especially when compared to the bigger performance oppressors. This might have been true in Windows 95 days when everybody had 16mb RAM and a 120mb HD. ![]() If you're going by the myth that a dirty registry impacts system performance then you're probably overreacting.
